Candidates should have relevant experience in the oil & gas, EPC, or industrial services sector, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and Saudi tax regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries related to oil & gas projects, industrial services, and contractual operations.Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian tax regulations, including Zakat and VAT requirements.Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial statements and reports.Perform budget monitoring, cost tracking, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.Handle vendor reconciliations, customer accounts, payment processing, and outstanding receivables.Utilize ERP systems for accounting transactions, project cost tracking, and financial reporting.Support joint venture accounting and project-based financial management, wherever applicable.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable accounting standards.Coordinate with procurement, project management, and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and support timely reporting.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.CA / Pursuing CA / CMA candidates are preferred.CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.Experience & Skills Required5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.Experience in the oil & gas, EPC, construction, or industrial services sector is preferred.Good knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Knowledge of Saudi VAT and Zakat regulations is preferred.Experience with ERP systems and project accounting is desirable.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with financial controls.How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV at mary@multilinkindia.com.Interested candidates with relevant accounting experience in the oil & gas, EPC, or industrial services sector may apply with their updated CV, educational certificates, and details of relevant professional qualifications.
