Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to support our maintenance and operational activities, working closely with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on equipment repairs. Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of work. Assist in fleet and transportation management, KPI tracking, and cost control initiatives. Prepare operational reports, analyses, and presentations for management. Coordinate facility management projects and infrastructure maintenance. Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations. Follow up on service requests and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Knowledge of maintenance planning, KPI reporting, and SAP PM is a plus. Experience coordinating contractors and service providers is a plus.
