The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising activation teams, managing daily activities, and ensuring the smooth and effective execution of all assigned activations in line with event requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise on-ground activation teams, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of daily activities.Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of activation areas as required.Coordinate with event management, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure staff adhere to operational guidelines.Conduct on-site checks to ensure activation areas are properly maintained and operationally ready.Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.Ensure compliance with event procedures, brand guidelines, and quality standards.Monitor staff attendance and provide regular operational updates to the management team.Ensure all activation activities are delivered according to the event schedule and requirements.RequirementsPrevious experience in event operations, brand activations, experiential marketing, or a similar role.Proven experience supervising teams in a live event or activation environment.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site operational challenges.Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the full contract period.
