We are seeking an experienced Acute Medicine Specialist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the rapid assessment, diagnosis, and management of adults presenting with acute medical illnesses, ensuring timely treatment and high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditionsDiagnose and treat conditions such as sepsis, respiratory infections, acute cardiac symptoms, and metabolic emergenciesPerform rapid clinical assessments and initiate appropriate investigations and treatmentStabilize patients and coordinate admissions, referrals, or transfers when requiredManage complex medical cases in collaboration with emergency medicine and other specialist teamsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans according to clinical responseCoordinate multidisciplinary care to support safe and timely patient outcomesMaintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocolsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB in Internal Medicine or an equivalent postgraduate qualificationMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in managing acute medical admissions and medical emergenciesStrong clinical judgment, decision-making, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
