Key Responsibilities

Lead and support digital and AI transformation initiatives for external stakeholders and clientsIdentify opportunities for AI, automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencyAnalyse business processes and recommend practical transformation solutionsManage transformation projects from planning through implementationFacilitate stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and capability developmentWork across business, technology, and workforce teams to ensure successful implementationSupport data-driven decision-making and longer-term innovation initiatives

Qualifications
