AI & Digital Transformation ManagerAbout the RoleGriffdon Engineering is looking for an AI & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the next stage of our digital transformation as we continue to grow across Ireland and Europe.This is a newly created role with a broad remit across the business. You will work directly with senior management and our operational teams to review how we currently work, improve and streamline our processes, integrate our core business systems, and identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation and data to improve how we deliver projects.Our current technology environment includes COINS ERP, Procore, Fareclock, Skillko and Microsoft 365. A key part of the role will be ensuring these systems work together effectively while developing the next generation of digital processes for our projects and business.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and lead Griffdon's Digital Transformation & AI roadmap.Review existing business and project processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and standardisation.Improve the integration of COINS ERP, Procore, Fareclock, Skillko and Microsoft 365.Identify and implement practical applications of AI and automation across the business.Develop automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot.Build management and project reporting through Power BI and other data platforms.Develop improved digital processes for site reporting, labour allocation, productivity, progress tracking, materials, quality and EHS.Reduce repetitive administration and duplicate data entry across departments.Work with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, HR and project teams to develop better end-to-end processes.Lead implementation, training and adoption of new systems and processes across the business.Work with software providers and external specialists where additional development or integration capability is required.Monitor emerging AI and construction technologies and identify where they can deliver measurable value to Griffdon.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines business process improvement with strong digital and technology capability.Ideally, you will have:Experience in digital transformation, business systems, process improvement or technology implementation.Experience within construction, engineering or another project-driven environment.Strong knowledge of business systems and systems integration.Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar platforms.A practical understanding of AI and how it can be applied to real business processes.Experience developing reporting and management information.Strong project and change management skills.The ability to engage with both senior management and site/project teams.The ability to take a business problem, understand the process behind it, and develop a practical digital solution.Experience with COINS ERP and/or Procore would be highly advantageous.Why Join Griffdon?This is an opportunity to take ownership of digital transformation within a growing engineering contractor delivering major projects across Ireland and Europe.Rather than inheriting a narrowly defined IT function, you will have the opportunity to shape how Griffdon uses technology, data and AI across the entire business.You will work directly with senior leadership and project teams to identify problems, develop solutions and see those solutions implemented in live construction environments.If you're passionate about combining construction, technology, process improvement and AI to change how projects are delivered, we'd like to hear from you.
