AI & GenAI Solutions Architect | JerusalemMertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI & GenAI Solutions Architect for a large, leading public sector organization in JerusalemRole Overview:Design and lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutions, from architecture planning through Production deploymentThe role involves designing architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, working with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, integrating enterprise systems and cloud environments, defining security requirements and Guardrails, and preparing architecture documentation

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutionsArchitect solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI AgentsWork with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCoreDesign integrations with enterprise systems and cloud environmentsDefine security requirements and AI GuardrailsPrepare technical architecture documentationLead solutions through Production deployment

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect in public cloud environments, including knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS environment management, and technical team management – Mandatory5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data, Cloud, Information Systems, or complex systems developmentAt least 2–3 years of experience designing and leading AI, GenAI, or ML solutions in medium to large organizationsExperience with GenAI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Prompt Orchestration, Evaluation, and GuardrailsExperience implementing RAG solutions in Production environments and working with MLOps / LLMOps
