Job Description

? Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior Accounting and Finance positions, including Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Chief Accountants, Finance Directors and CFOs. ? Independently source, headhunt, screen and assess qualified finance professionals. ? Partner with hiring managers to understand technical finance requirements ? Maintain strong finance talent pipelines across international markets, with particular emphasis on Africa Qualifications: ? Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruitment of finance roles with at least 1 year experience in successfully and independently close Africa recruitment. ? Must have the ability to assess technical accounting, reporting and financial leadership competencies for placement of Finance Managers up to CFO level ? Strong direct headhunting, Boolean sourcing, candidate assessment and full-cycle recruitment experience for all finance roles within GCC and Africa. ?
