Executive Assistant to the CEO (Arabic Speaking) | Family Group, DubaiWe’re partnered with a large family operating group in Dubai, on the hire of an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The group is in the process of establishing its new family investment office, so this is an exciting time to join, with real scope to grow alongside the business.The roleThis is a high-visibility position working directly with the CEO. You’ll be the first point of contact for stakeholders, partners, advisors and senior visitors, and you’ll represent the business with confidence both internally and externally. This is not a behind-the-scenes admin seat. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in the room and can hold themselves well in front of senior people.Key responsibilitiesManage the CEO’s diary, meetings, travel and priorities, anticipating needs rather than waiting to be askedAct as the main liaison between the CEO and internal teams, family members, external partners and stakeholdersPrepare for and support meetings, including briefing notes, follow-ups and tracking actionsHandle confidential and sensitive information with full discretionCoordinate across the operating group and the new investment office, keeping the CEO’s agenda movingRepresent the business externally in a polished and professional mannerSupport ad hoc projects and special requests as the group growsAbout youEarly to mid-career, with proven experience as an EA, executive support or similar roleSharp, organised and proactive, with excellent judgementVery well presented and professional, with strong communication skillsConfident dealing with senior stakeholders and external partiesArabic speaker (essential), with fluent EnglishBased in Dubai or able to relocateA background in a family office, family group or similar environment is welcome, but big-brand pedigree is not required.
