JOB TITLEAI Creative Tools Specialist — Generative AI & Digital Art WorkflowsABOUT THE JOBDe Art is an independent, internet-based visual arts media platform dedicated to exploring art, artists, and the evolving relationship between culture and technology.We are looking for an innovative and technically curious AI Creative Tools Specialist to explore, evaluate, and document emerging artificial intelligence tools for visual creativity.The role focuses on practical applications of generative AI in digital art, image creation, visual experimentation, and creative production workflows. The successful candidate will help identify new technologies, test creative applications, and develop useful insights for De Art's editorial and digital content activities.RESPONSIBILITIES- Explore and evaluate AI-powered tools for image generation, image editing, and visual content creation.- Test text-to-image, image-to-image, inpainting, outpainting, and other generative AI workflows.- Investigate platforms and models such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, and other emerging creative AI technologies.- Develop and document practical workflows for AI-assisted visual experimentation.- Evaluate the quality, consistency, controllability, and creative potential of different AI tools.- Research the integration of AI with conventional digital imaging and graphic design software.- Explore emerging applications of multimodal AI in visual arts and creative production.- Prepare tool evaluations, demonstrations, tutorials, and practical research summaries.- Identify innovative artists and projects using AI in contemporary visual culture.- Monitor new developments in generative AI and recommend relevant technologies for De Art.- Consider copyright, attribution, transparency, and ethical issues in AI-assisted creative workflows.QUALIFICATIONS- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital art, and emerging creative technologies.- Practical familiarity with generative AI tools and image-generation platforms.- Understanding of digital imaging, visual composition, and creative production processes.- Ability to experiment with different AI models, settings, and prompting techniques.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to document technical workflows in a clear and accessible way.- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital creative applications is an advantage.- Knowledge of Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ControlNet, or similar technologies is a plus.- Good English communication and writing skills.- Ability to work independently and keep up with rapidly evolving technologies.WHAT WE OFFER- An opportunity to contribute to an independent digital visual arts media platform.- Practical exploration of emerging AI technologies and creative applications.- Collaboration with a team working across art, technology, and digital culture.- Opportunities to develop expertise in AI-assisted visual production.- The chance to help shape De Art's coverage of the future of digital creativity.HOW TO APPLYPlease email the following materials to farhang@parsikia.ir:- A CV of no more than two pages.- A cover letter of no more than one page explaining your interest in AI and digital creativity.- Links to three relevant projects, creative experiments, or examples of AI-assisted work, where available.- Contact details for two professional references, including their names, roles, and contact information.Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview and may be asked to complete a short, role-specific practical assignment.De Art welcomes applications from qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about artificial intelligence, visual arts, and the future of creative technology.
