This role involves leading the creative direction for AI-driven cinematic videos and 3D animated sequences, from concept to final output. The AI Film Director will develop visual narratives, collaborate on script and storyboard creation, and guide AI tools and production teams to achieve high-quality cinematic results. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing video production workflows, coordinating with animators and technical teams, supervising post-production processes (editing, sound, color grading), and ensuring projects align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The role also requires continuous exploration of emerging AI-based video and animation technologies to enhance production quality and efficiency.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Film Direction and Film Production skills to lead end-to-end cinematic and 3D animation projects.Candidates should possess Scriptwriting and Video Production skills to shape compelling narratives and manage visual storytelling from concept through execution.Candidates should possess Post-Production skills, including familiarity with editing, sound design, and visual effects workflows.Experience with 3D animation pipelines, AI-based video generation tools, and industry-standard editing and compositing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Resolve, Blender/Maya) is highly beneficial.Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate abstract ideas into clear cinematic directions.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage production timelines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.A degree or formal training in Film, Animation, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.Understanding of current trends in digital filmmaking, animation, and AI/ML-driven content creation, with a willingness to continuously learn and innovate.
