More information about Bluebex and its work is available on the company’s website.Role Description The AI/ML Intern role at Bluebex is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. Interns will assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with senior engineers and data scientists, experimenting with algorithms, documenting findings, and preparing reports or presentations. The intern will also help integrate AI/ML components into existing products or proof-of-concept solutions and participate in team discussions around model performance, optimization, and deployment. This role offers hands-on experience in applying AI/ML techniques to real-world technology modernization and digital experience projects.Qualifications Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.Understanding of core machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation metrics, and overfitting/regularization.Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and familiarity with libraries or frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Ability to work with datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis using statistical methods and visualization tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into manageable tasks.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document experiments, summarize results, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Interest in modernizing technology and enhancing user experiences through AI-driven solutions; prior internship, academic projects, or coursework in AI/ML are a plus.
