Each pod is six specialists working full time as one team inside the business: integrating AI into the systems people already use, mapping new ways of working division by division, and making AI the first way the work gets done. • A ranked portfolio of AI use cases, each with a business owner and a measure of success.
• The backlog and business case for each use case, including new AI products for customers.
• An AI-first adoption plan: champions in each division, training, and a usage number reported every fortnight.
• The call to stop what is not working.What you bring
• Product ownership of an AI or ML product or use case taken into production in a medium or large organisation.
• Adoption results you can put a number on.
