Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of AI-driven solutions within a Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) environment. This role will work closely with front-office, risk, operations, data, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define product strategy, and deliver scalable AI solutions that create measurable business value. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across trading, research, sales, risk management, structuring, and operational functions.Partner with business stakeholders to translate challenges and opportunities into scalable AI product initiatives.Lead the full product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and requirements gathering through PoC, pilot, deployment, and continuous enhancement.Collaborate with engineering, data science, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver AI-enabled products and workflows.Drive the adoption of Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, knowledge management platforms, and workflow automation tools.Define success metrics, monitor adoption and performance, and measure business outcomes.Manage stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support successful implementation across teams.Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and operational standards. Key RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.Approximately 8+ years of experience in AI product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology delivery, consulting, or related fields.Strong understanding of one or more FICC domains, including Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, or Structured Products.Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or technology solutions within financial services, fintech, or enterprise environments.Solid knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and workflow orchestration.Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams and drive complex cross-functional initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
