Arabic Business Analyst

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, Arabic-speaking Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams and turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will own the requirements lifecycle in an Agile environment, produce BRD, FRD and FSD documentation, model processes through flow and process diagrams, and manage delivery tracking in Jira. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, as you will engage Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders and translate requirements for delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and AnalysisRun workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with business stakeholders in Arabic and English.Elicit, analyze and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.Perform stakeholder analysis and manage expectations throughout the project.DocumentationPrepare and maintain the Business Requirements Document (BRD), covering business objectives, scope, stakeholders, benefits and success criteria.Develop the Functional Requirements Document (FRD), covering system behavior, features, user roles, business rules and validations.Write the Functional Specification Document (FSD), with detailed specifications, data fields, integrations, screen flows and acceptance criteria for developers and testers.Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from business need through to testing.Produce Arabic and English versions of documents where required.Process Modeling and VisualizationCreate flow diagrams and process diagrams (As-Is and To-Be) using BPMN, UML, flowcharts, swimlane and use case diagrams.Create wireframes and mockups in collaboration with UX/UI designers.Use diagrams to communicate process improvements and system behavior to technical and non-technical audiences.Agile Delivery and JiraWork within Agile/Scrum (and Kanban where applicable) teams.Write and groom epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner.Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Build Jira boards, dashboards, filters and reports to track progress.Document requirements and knowledge in Confluence or equivalent tools.Collaboration and QualityAct as the bridge between business stakeholders, developers, QA, architects and project management.Support test planning by reviewing test cases and scenarios against requirements.Facilitate UAT, including coordinating with business users, logging defects and tracking sign-off.Manage change requests and impact analysis.Support go-live, training materials and post-implementation reviews.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and professional-level English.Proven experience writing BRD, FRD and FSD documents.Hands-on expertise with Jira (user stories, backlog management, workflows, reporting).Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.Proficiency in flow diagrams and process diagrams (BPMN, UML, flowcharts) using Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or similar.Solid grasp of the SDLC and requirements management practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation skills.
