We work on diverse projects in the UAE and internationally, with a strong focus on design excellence, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with more than 5 years of professional experience, including relevant project experience in Dubai, to join our growing team.This is a full-time position, with candidates required to be based in Dubai, UAE.The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, particularly in architectural detailing, technical drawings, and construction documentation, along with the ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, layouts, and design development packages.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction details, and comprehensive technical documentation.Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and material specifications.Prepare and coordinate detailed drawing packages suitable for tender and construction stages.Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.Ensure drawings comply with Dubai building regulations, authority requirements, and relevant construction standards.Review technical drawings, resolve design coordination issues, and maintain drawing quality.Participate in design reviews and implement revisions based on project requirements.Manage assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables independently.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Should speak English fluently. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, including relevant experience working on projects in Dubai.Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.Strong experience in architectural detailing, construction drawings, and technical documentation is mandatory.Proven ability to independently prepare complete architectural detailed drawing packages.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows is highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and local authority requirements.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to take responsibilty while meeting project deadlines.Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is an advantage.Society of Engineers (SOE) registration in the UAE is an advantage.
