Urban Science Interiors focuses on seamless project execution, ensuring no loose ends before handing over projects to its clients.Role Description This full-time Architect role at Urban Science Interiors is an on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and designs for interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Daily tasks include preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers and joinery teams, and integrating MEP and IT solutions into holistic design plans. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility, compliance with local regulations, and timely execution. The Architect will also participate in site visits, review construction progress, and provide technical guidance to maintain quality and design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Design and deliver fit-out projects across retail, commercial and residential sectors.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect in the fit-out industryExperience in retail, commercial and residential projectsSalary: Negotiable
