Foreman

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to coordinate daily site activities and help deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You’ll lead site crews, coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors, and help resolve issues as work progresses.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily construction activities, assigning tasks and monitoring progress against project schedules. - Lead and support site workers, ensuring instructions, drawings, and specifications are understood. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams. - Promote compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental requirements, and report hazards or incidents promptly. - Inspect work for quality and conformity with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. - Track labor, materials, equipment, and site progress; maintain accurate daily records and reports. - Identify delays, shortages, or technical issues and escalate them with practical recommendations. - Maintain good housekeeping and ensure tools, machinery, and work areas are used and maintained appropriately. - Proven experience as a construction foreman or in a similar site leadership role; experience in the UAE is an advantage. - Strong understanding of construction methods, site operations, drawings, and quality requirements. - Demonstrated ability to lead crews, allocate work, and coordinate multiple teams effectively. - Knowledge of construction health and safety practices and relevant UAE requirements. - Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Able to read construction drawings and maintain clear site records. - Comfortable working outdoors and adapting to the physical and scheduling demands of construction sites. - Relevant trade qualification, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
