The candidate will work closely with architects, landscape designers, engineers, and project teams to develop accurate drawings in accordance with project requirements, design standards, and applicable regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural and landscape drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings.Develop landscape master plans, hardscape layouts, softscape plans, planting layouts, and irrigation coordination drawings.Produce detailed CAD drawings and 2D/3D models based on design concepts, sketches, and project specifications.Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed sections for landscape and architectural elements.Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, irrigation, and other relevant disciplines.Incorporate design revisions and comments from architects, consultants, clients, and project managers.Assist in material selection, landscape detailing, and preparation of schedules and drawing documentation.Maintain drawing standards, file organization, revision control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable building codes, and relevant authority requirements.Qualifications and RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural and/or landscape drafting.Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software is an advantage.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, landscape layouts, hardscape materials, planting plans, and construction documentation.Ability to interpret design concepts, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.Good attention to detail, time management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.Knowledge of local building regulations and authority requirements is preferred.Required SkillsArchitectural and landscape drafting2D CAD drafting and 3D modelingLandscape design development and detailingConstruction and shop drawing preparationTechnical drawing coordinationDesign documentation and revision managementStrong communication and teamwork skills
