Location: Irvine, CA 92606 (Hybrid Remote)Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 / year (DOE)Schedule: Flexible (4/10 or 4.5-day options; remote Wednesdays / Fridays off)We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic Irvine studio!

Working alongside Senior Designers and Project Managers, you will bring innovative, functional spaces to life while sharpening your technical expertise and mastering California building codes.

What You’ll Do

Design & Concept: Translate client goals into test fits, massing studies, plans, and elevations.Project Development: Prepare architectural drawings, diagrams, and entitlement packages.Presentations: Create high-quality renderings and presentation decks.Coordination: Sync Revit models with Structural, MEP, Civil, and Landscape consultants.Technical Support: Apply precise detailing and navigate CBC, Title 24, and CALGreen regulations.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design.Software: High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.Licensure: Actively pursuing a California License (we offer complete licensure support and exam reimbursement!).Skills: Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401(k) retirement plan.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO).Full professional development assistance (including exam cost coverage).Ready to build the future with us?
