You’ll manage a balanced caseload of approximately 50 students, providing the vital interventions that help pave the way for academic and social success.What We’re Looking ForCurrent SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)Experience in school settings, specifically with early elementary (kindergarten and first grade)Familiarity or strong interest in supporting students with autismAbility to balance responsibilities as both a case manager (about 25 students) and related service provider (about 25 students)Skill in collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPsStrong organizational skills and adaptability across two school buildingsYour Role Will IncludeDelivering direct therapy services and designing intervention plans tailored to individual student needsManaging documentation and compliance for IEPs as case managerConsulting and collaborating with educational teams and familiesSupporting a diverse caseload with a mix of direct services and case management responsibilitiesWorking on-site, Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, for the duration from ASAP through May 2027This is a highly impactful position for those passionate about helping young students develop crucial communication skills.
