Area Sales Manager

A growing courier and express delivery business, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to own revenue growth across Cairo. You'll lead a team of field sales executives, build relationships with business customers, and win new accounts in a fast-moving, service-driven industry. If you thrive on hitting targets and developing people, this is your role.What You'll DoOwn and deliver the area sales target — new business, revenue growth, and account retention.Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of field sales executives.Build a pipeline of B2B & B2C customers (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, professional services).Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with margin guidelines.Work closely with operations to ensure service promises are kept and customers stay.Report sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.What We're Looking For5+ years in B2B sales, with 2+ years managing a sales team (logistics, courier, or express delivery is a must).Proven record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the area.
