Cairo Roads & Constructions is Hiring: Road Construction Mega Project Manager,Location: Egypt,Employment type: Full-time, site-basedResponsibilitiesPrepare and track project budget .Lead all project phases from mobilization to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specificationManage planning, scheduling, cost control, and cash flowSupervise earthworks, base courses, asphalt paving, drainage, and structuresManage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment fleetsHandle client, consultant, and authority relations, including variations, claims, and progress billingEnforce HSE and QA/QC standards on siteReport regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and forecasts .RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .10+ years in road or infrastructure construction, including 3-5 years as a Project Manager or Deputy PMProven record on projects of comparable sizeStrong knowledge of contracts and cost controlPrefer Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ExcelPMP is a plusExcellent leadership and communication skills .Willing to work on site, including remote locationsTo apply: Prepare a fresh CV emphasize on Responsibilities by your exact experince
