Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Asset Management & Class Engineer II to join the Corporate Asset Performance and Improvement Department.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining corporate asset performance indicators, evaluating asset lifecycle strategies, and ensuring alignment with international standards and corporate strategic objectives.The role will focus on corporate asset performance monitoring, lifecycle optimization, asset replacement and rehabilitation strategies, and providing technical guidance to ensure critical and strategic assets achieve optimal performance, reliability, and lifecycle value while maintaining acceptable levels of risk.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance corporate asset performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with international standards and corporate strategic objectives.Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze asset performance data across all Business Lines.Establish and maintain corporate governance frameworks for monitoring and measuring progress toward Asset Management objectives.Review Business Line performance reports and KPIs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate requirements.Review and evaluate Business Line asset lifecycle strategies to ensure compliance with corporate asset management requirements and objectives.Assess asset replacement, refurbishment, rehabilitation, and decommissioning strategies across Business Lines.Provide corporate-level technical guidance on asset life extension strategies while maintaining acceptable risk, reliability, and performance levels.Establish and maintain requirements for lifecycle optimization of critical and strategic assets.Conduct periodic corporate reviews of critical asset lifecycle strategies, associated risks, and performance implications.Identify opportunities to optimize asset lifecycle costs, improve asset performance, and enhance long-term asset value.Provide technical recommendations to support strategic asset management decisions and lifecycle investment planning.Coordinate with relevant Business Lines to ensure consistent implementation of corporate asset management strategies and requirements.Prepare technical assessments, performance reports, and management recommendations related to asset lifecycle optimization and performance improvement.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, asset lifecycle management, engineering, reliability, or related fields.Strong understanding of Asset Management principles, frameworks, and international standards.Extensive knowledge of asset lifecycle management, including replacement, refurbishment, rehabilitation, and decommissioning strategies.Experience developing and monitoring asset performance KPIs and corporate performance reporting frameworks.Demonstrated experience in evaluating asset lifecycle strategies and optimizing the performance of critical and strategic assets.Knowledge of asset risk assessment, reliability management, and asset life extension methodologies.Strong analytical, technical assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple Business Lines and provide corporate-level technical guidance.Core CompetenciesAsset Management StrategyAsset Lifecycle ManagementAsset Performance ManagementAsset Performance KPIsAsset Lifecycle OptimizationAsset Replacement and Rehabilitation StrategiesAsset Life ExtensionCritical and Strategic Asset ManagementAsset Risk AssessmentReliability and Performance ManagementCorporate GovernanceInternational Asset Management StandardsTechnical Assessment and ReportingApplicationInterested and qualified candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn by submitting their updated CV.#AssetManagement #AssetLifecycleManagement #AssetPerformance #AssetManagementEngineer #AssetStrategy #LifecycleOptimization #AssetIntegrity #AssetReliability #AssetReplacement #AssetRehabilitation #AssetDecommissioning #KPIManagement #RiskManagement #EngineeringJobs #SaudiJobs #KSAJobs #SaudiArabiaJobs #SaudiTalent #HiringNow #EngineeringCareers
