Assistant Accountant

The ideal candidate should possess Bachelors Degree in Management / Finance from a recognized Institute / University. Part Qualification of CASL/CIMA/ ACCA is an additional qualification. A minimum of 02 years’ experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry is essential to perform this role. Exposure to MS office package, teamwork, handwork, ability to work with minimum supervision & Work as a team player are key attributes and competencies sought.Main duties and responsibilities include:Coordinate with banking institutions to facilitate banking arrangements and financial services.Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to obtain necessary clearances and approvals.Prepare and coordinate the execution of confidentiality agreements and related documentation.Draft internal memoranda and documentation relating to banking and corporate administrative matters.Coordinate with the Company Secretary to obtain the necessary board approvals and corporate documentation.
