The company specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and emerging technologies, providing innovative solutions across these domains.Job Summary:We are looking for a QA Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of software applications and AI-enabled solutions through structured testing, defect tracking, validation, and continuous collaboration with software, AI, and project teams.The role includes testing web applications, dashboards, backend services, APIs, databases, and end-to-end system workflows before release and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Test web applications, dashboards, backend services, and REST APIs.
• Validate system workflows, business logic, data accuracy, and application behavior.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
• Validate database records and system data using SQL queries.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
• Perform retesting after bug fixes and verify that issues are properly resolved.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release validation.
• Perform testing across different browsers, devices, environments, and system configurations where required.
• Work closely with software developers, AI engineers, project managers, and other technical teams.
• Verify AI-generated alerts, events, outputs, and system integrations against defined project requirements.
• Support testing using real project scenarios, camera streams, images, videos, and system-generated data where applicable.
• Maintain QA documentation, testing results, defect reports, and release validation records.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing standards, and overall software quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing web applications, dashboards, APIs, and backend systems.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to create clear test cases, test scenarios, bug reports, and testing documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify system inconsistencies and edge cases.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and project teams.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Experience with API automation testing.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
• Basic understanding of Linux environments, Docker, and microservices.
• Experience testing AI, Computer Vision, IoT, video analytics, or real-time monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Experience with security testing concepts and basic application security validation.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing complex software systems.The candidate should be comfortable working across different layers of the solution, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, databases, integrations, and AI-enabled system workflows.The candidate should be proactive in identifying quality risks, capable of working independently, and able to collaborate closely with software developers, AI engineers, and project teams to ensure reliable and production-ready solutions.
