Assistant Area Manager

Job Descriptions:Monitor and supervise the warehouse partner to ensure operations run smoothly, perform well, and remain optimized within the assigned area.Supervise the warehouse partner's performance against SIRCLO KPIs (e.g., order processing time) and drive corrective actions when needed.Monitor stock receiving, inventory tracking, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure they run smoothly and on schedule.Monitor and analyze the optimal manpower level for the warehouse partner.Conduct regular stock counts and track order fulfillment to keep inventory records accurate.Drive optimal sales in the assigned area, including but not limited to stock planning and promotional bundling based on local consumer behavior.Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote products.Manage live streaming schedules and sample distribution.Work with cross-functional teams to maximize sales from local affiliates and creators.Monitor affiliate sales, engagement, and streaming performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Create and analyze monthly area reports covering performance, insights, and recommended improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse or inventory management, or supply chain.Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and commercial strategy.Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage partners and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.Willing to be stationed in the assigned area and travel to the warehouse partner as needed.
