Audit Assistant Manager & Audit Manager£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)Hybrid Working | Multiple Locations Across ScotlandIndustry: Accountancy & Business AdvisoryA leading accountancy and business advisory firm is looking to appoint both an Audit Assistant Manager and Audit Manager as part of the continued growth of its Audit practice across Scotland.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that works with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses through to larger corporate groups across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the audit process.Review the work of junior team members and provide coaching and development support.Identify opportunities to improve client processes and controls.Ensure audits are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.Work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.About You:ACA or ACCA qualified (or approaching qualification for Assistant Manager level).Experience working within an external audit environment.Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge.Experience managing audit engagements and reviewing work.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to progress within a growing firm.What's On Offer:£40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.Hybrid and flexible working.Multiple office locations across Scotland.Clear progression opportunities.Exposure to a varied and interesting client portfolio.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Please note, applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
