Assistant Commercial Finance Manager (MNC, Manufacturing)

Core ResponsibilitiesPerform deep-dive financial modeling, profitability assessments, and margin analyses across product lines, brands, and target markets to guide strategic growth.Evaluate new product launches and business opportunities, providing actionable insights on their bottom-line impact.Partner directly with Commercial Leaders, Sales Directors, and operational teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Sales Ops) to monitor business targets, pipelines, and customer profitability.Oversee customer contracts, sales incentive structures, and performance targets in collaboration with Legal and Business Directors.Lead monthly variance analyses, working closely with commercial leaders to clarify underlying financial drivers, identify risks, and control selling and distribution expenses.Drive budget preparation and rolling forecasts (sales and SG&A), monitoring actual performance against forecasts.Ensure robust operational controls, business governance, and compliance standards across Singapore and overseas sales entities.Lead business process enhancements, cross-functional project execution, and systems implementations (e.g., ERP/SAP, Tableau) to elevate reporting visibility and risk controls.Key RequirementsStrong track record directly supporting Sales, Business Leaders, and cross-functional teams.Prior experience in finished goods export trading.Demonstrated experience managing cross-border commercial finance operations across multiple countries.Proficiency in profitability/variance analysis, pricing strategies, and using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for dynamic KPI reporting.Hands-on experience with internal controls, compliance, due diligence, and process automation.For interested applicants, kindly send your resume in Word/PDF format to include the following in your resume including:1.
