FACILITY MANAGER – SAUDI NATIONAL

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance, service delivery, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise hard services, soft services, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Manage maintenance plans, resources, and operational budgets.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or Engineering.✅ 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.✅ Strong knowledge of facilities operations and maintenance management.✅ Excellent leadership, coordination, and client management skills.
