Job PurposeThe Senior Specialist - Cloud Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and optimization of the organization's cloud environments. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient, while providing advanced technical support and driving automation and continuous operational improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, administer, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms and servicesEnsure the availability, stability, performance, and operational readiness of cloud environmentsMonitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve performance, capacity, availability, and configuration issuesProvide L3 technical support for complex cloud incidents, service requests, and change requests, consistent with the responsibilities referenced in your internal material.
