Welfare & Logistics Manager

📢 We're Hiring: Welfare & Logistics Manager📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏗️ Industry: ConstructionWe are looking for an experienced Welfare & Logistics Manager to join a major construction project in Riyadh.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce welfare, accommodation, transportation, site logistics and, most importantly, all personnel and vehicle gate passes and site access requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of gate pass applications, approvals, renewals and access control for personnel and vehicles.Manage workforce accommodation, camp facilities and employee welfare services.Coordinate employee transportation between accommodation facilities and project sites.Oversee accommodation inspections, maintenance and welfare standards.Coordinate employee medical support and work closely with HR, HSE and security teams.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project requirements and Saudi regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years' experience in welfare, logistics, camp management or site administration within construction.Experience working on large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Strong, hands-on experience managing gate passes and site access control is essential.Proven experience managing workforce accommodation and employee welfare.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, HR, Hospitality Management or a related field.Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.✅ Important: Candidates must have direct experience managing the complete gate pass process for construction projects, including personnel and vehicle access, approvals, renewals and compliance.
