Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – HRBP to partner with business leaders in driving talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. The role will support the People & Culture agenda while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.Support talent reviews, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.Drive employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.Facilitate employee feedback programs and support action planning.Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:MBA in Human Resources or related field.5- 7 years of experience in HRBP roles.Experience in MNCs is an advantage.Strong knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices.Key Skills:Stakeholder management and influencing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Language Requirement:Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
