This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, including banks, developers, and property owners, delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio.This position is ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to develop their career in a market-leading valuation team and provides a path to becoming one of the rare registered Emirati valuers in the UAE.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with property inspections and site visits across the UAE.Support the collection, verification, and analysis of property and market data.Conduct market research on commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use property sectors.Maintain and update valuation databases and internal records to support the wider valuation team.Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables under the direction and review of a supervising valuer.Assist in gathering comparable evidence and undertaking market analysis.Develop a working understanding of UAE real estate market conditions, valuation methodologies and RICS reporting standards.Attend internal training sessions and actively participate in professional development activities.Collaborate with colleagues across the business to enhance market knowledge and service delivery.Comply with all company information security policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.Comply with company data protection guidelines when dealing with personal and/or sensitive data.QUALIFICATIONS:0-1 years of experience as a valuer in the UAE real estate marketUAE fresh grad will also be consideredUAE real estate market knowledge would be preferableSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:Eager to learn and develop professionally, with a genuine interest in property valuation and the UAE real estate market.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on career advancement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team.Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle
