Associate Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: Associate Business Analyst | Kelaniya | Full TimeAt Logistix360, business analysis sits between our clients and our developers. If you like turning real operational problems into clear requirements, this role will give you hands-on exposure to enterprise logistics projects from the start.

What You’ll Do

Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams.Prepare BRDs, functional requirement documents and process flows.Translate requirements into clear user stories for the development team.Support testing, UAT and client onboarding.Work with the project team to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.What We’re Looking For:A degree in IT, business, engineering or a related field.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication.Familiarity with documentation, process mapping or tools like Zoho Sprints, Trello, Draw IO or Figma is a plus.Curiosity about logistics, transport management or SaaS platforms.Ability to work under minimal supervision and take ownership of projects.Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.Details:Location & Employment Mode: Kelaniya (On-Site) | Full TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM) | Saturday (8:30AM to 1:30PM)
