The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining critical power infrastructure, including UPS, DC plants, generators, LV panels, battery systems, and power distribution systems.🔹 Job PurposeTo perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical and power plant systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS, DC plants, generators, LV panels, fire systems, battery systems, and power distribution systems.Conduct annual DC plant and UPS battery load tests.Troubleshoot and resolve faults in UPS, rectifiers, PLCs, diesel generators, ATS, firefighting systems, and electrical systems.Respond to emergencies and system failures to restore operations within the required timelines.Conduct inspections of Power and E&M facilities to identify potential single points of failure.Analyze equipment failures and incident reports and recommend corrective actions to improve system reliability.Ensure accuracy of technical documents, reports, and electrical calculations.Maintain and update technical databases, node layouts, as-built drawings, CAD SLDs, and power connectivity records.Create, manage, and close work orders related to maintenance activities.Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Provide technical guidance and training to the operations team.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for emergency maintenance requirements.Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the timelines specified by the supervisor.🔹 Required Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / Electromechanical Engineering.5–8 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Power Plant Maintenance.Hands-on experience in UPS, DC systems, generators, LV panels, rectifiers, ATS, and battery systems.Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in critical power infrastructure.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.Knowledge of technical documentation, CAD Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and as-built drawings.Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.Strong coordination, communication, and team leadership skills.🔹 Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in telecom exchanges, data centers, or critical infrastructure facilities.Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and maintenance practices.Willingness to work 24/7 shifts and extend working hours when required.Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.💰 CompensationMonthly Salary: AED 7,500
