shahjahanpur medical College Role Description The Associate Professor Pediatric role is a full-time, on-site position based in Korawn. The individual will provide high-quality pediatric medical care, supervise clinical activities, and participate in patient management alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Daily responsibilities include delivering lectures, conducting tutorials, mentoring postgraduate and undergraduate medical learners, and contributing to curriculum development in pediatrics. The role involves active participation in academic research, including designing studies, publishing findings, and presenting at conferences. The Associate Professor will also engage in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs as needed.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Pediatrics, with the ability to provide comprehensive pediatric clinical care.Demonstrated expertise in Medical Education and Teaching, including lecturing, mentoring, and curriculum development.Proven ability to engage in Research, including study design, data analysis, and publication in peer-reviewed journals.Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DM or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting, preferably at senior resident or assistant professor level.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, multidisciplinary environment and contribute to departmental development.Familiarity with national clinical guidelines, medical education standards, and basic computer literacy for academic and clinical documentation.
