Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Company: Shivacha TechnologiesJob Location: Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 8+ yearsAnnual Salary: ₹9,60,000 – ₹18,00,000 (Negotiable)Job DescriptionShivacha Technologies is seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and oversee the development of innovative solutions across Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, AI, and SaaS.We are looking for a technology leader who can drive technical strategy, design scalable architectures, manage engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products and client projects.Candidates from anywhere in India are welcome. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana.Responsibilities* Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and engineering roadmap.* Lead and mentor blockchain, backend, frontend, and full-stack developers.* Design scalable system architecture and review technical implementations.* Create and review sequence diagrams, ER diagrams, entity diagrams, and API/data-flow diagrams.* Oversee blockchain development, Solidity, smart contracts, Web3 integrations, and fintech platforms.* Review code, enforce security standards, and ensure production readiness.* Manage technical planning, task allocation, project timelines, and delivery milestones.* Participate in client meetings and communicate technical solutions effectively.* Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployments, and troubleshooting.* Collaborate with the CEO on product strategy, technical feasibility, and business growth.Requirements* 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.* Strong hands-on experience with Blockchain, Web3, Solidity, and smart contracts.* Proficiency in Node.js, React.js/Next.js, APIs, databases, and system design.* Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production systems.* Strong knowledge of software architecture and technical documentation.* Proven ability to lead developers and deliver complex projects.* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Willingness to relocate to Gurugram.Compensation₹9.6 LPA – ₹18 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.How to ApplyInterested candidates should apply with their updated CV and share their LinkedIn profile, GitHub profile, and relevant projects they have architected or delivered.
