Job Overview JOB DESCRIPTION The Associate Quality Inspector can utilize existing inspection procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to inspection and quality.ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior Quality Inspector/Quality inspector in determining product conformity to customer specifications through independent inspections, daily surveillances, and tests by the Project Quality PlanIdentify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolutionAssist the Senior Quality Inspector/Quality Inspector in appraising product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity in accordance to the approved drawings and inspection & test planAll inspection results need to be documented, and if non-conformity exists, documentation shall be raised to establish corrective actionAssist the Senior Quality Inspector /Quality Inspector in coordinating the interface with operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing, personnel, and subcontractor, assuring the conformity to project specificationsAssist the Senior Quality Inspector/Quality Inspector in performing field inspections by project specifications and scope of work as noted within the Project Quality Plan/ITPsAssist the Senior Quality Inspector/Quality Inspector in confirming adherence to applicable procedures and plans by effective audit and surveillanceQualificationsEssential Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or degree in relevant field of study2+ years of quality control or discipline-related experience in InspectionProficient with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookAbout UsOur ingenuity fuels daily life.
