Role Description The Director role at Orange Cyberdefense is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Director will lead and manage a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team, set strategic priorities, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions to key clients. Daily responsibilities include aligning business and security objectives, supervising operations and project execution, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring consistent service quality. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and supporting business development activities. The Director is expected to represent the organization in key client meetings, industry events, and internal leadership forums while fostering a culture of integrity, performance, and innovation.QualificationsProven leadership experience in cybersecurity, technology, or related fields, including team management and strategic planning.Strong background in security operations, risk management, or consulting, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business terms.Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource planning, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with senior executives and clients.Ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and promote best practices in governance, compliance, and quality.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).Relevant cybersecurity or management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar) are an advantage.Experience working in or with global organizations and cross-functional, multicultural teams is beneficial.
