Audio Visual Specialist

Audio Visual Specialist We’re seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to provide hands-on support for conference rooms, video meetings, and company events. This person will troubleshoot AV equipment, assist users, and ensure meetings run smoothly. The role includes setting up and maintaining audio and video systems, supporting live and hybrid events, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable handling time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and support AV equipment for meetings, training sessions, product launches, and company events.Troubleshoot conference room systems, microphones, speakers, cameras, displays, and projectors.Support video conferencing platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.Maintain audio systems, digital signage, and video displays across company locations.Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate repairs with vendors.Assist employees with presentations, screen sharing, and conference room technology.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on AV equipment installations and upgrades.Document technical issues, equipment inventory, and support procedures.Qualifications2+ years of experience in AV support or a related technical support role.Hands-on experience with conference room technology, sound systems, and digital displays.Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, Cisco, or similar AV systems.Basic knowledge of networking and AV connectivity.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple requests across different locations.Apply Today!The Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
