Back End Developer

Together, we ensure efficiency, security, and convenience for our partners and customers.Software DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Software Developer to lead our backend development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and technical support of business applications, web portals, REST APIs, system integrations, and database optimization. You’ll also be involved in creating diagrams, functional specifications, technical specifications, and automated test processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality software developmentDesign and build core backend software components, primarily using C#Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of system resourcesSet direction and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality, and engineering efficiencyProvide mentorship to team members and help ramp up on codebasesLead major initiatives, projects, and phased releasesSkills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in backend development and database management6+ years of relevant experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experienceAt least 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services sectorExperience with cloud services and microservices architectureExperience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changesExperienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions.Experience leading projects and teams accordingly.Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)Preferred QualificationsBase: Clean Code, OOP, SOLID, Design pattens, TDD, Agile;Database: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle;Backend: C#, Asp Core, .Net; Java
