We have a busy, social office environment and are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.The RoleWe are looking for an In-House Barista to prepare great coffee, provide excellent service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our employees and visitors.This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and can keep up in a busy office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.Provide friendly and professional service to employees and visitors.Maintain a clean, organised and well stocked coffee station.Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.Keep the coffee area presentable throughout the day.Assist with general hospitality duties when required.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.Friendly, approachable and professional attitude.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.What We OfferSalary.The opportunity to work within an established real estate company in Dubai.A friendly and lively office environment.The opportunity to be part of a growing team.If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy meeting people and take pride in delivering great service, we would love to hear from you!
