You are comfortable engaging with guests, anticipating their needs and delivering food and beverages with care while maintaining a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.With a positive attitude, strong teamwork and an eye for detail, you contribute to a welcoming beach experience that reflects the standards of luxury hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in the beach area, providing attentive and personalised food and beverage service.Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences.Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely service and appropriate presentation.Anticipate guest needs by offering refreshments, replenishing beverages and responding promptly to requests.Prepare and maintain beach service stations, trays, equipment and designated guest areas.Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service colleagues to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of beachside dining areas and service equipment.Monitor food and beverage quality, temperature and presentation during outdoor service.Demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements, confirming information when necessary.Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell food, beverages and resort offerings.Process guest orders and billing accurately through the POS system.Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service procedures.Observe beach safety guidelines and promptly report hazards or guest concerns to the appropriate team.Support special beach dining arrangements, events and guest celebrations as required.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience within a hotel, resort, restaurant or beach club, preferably in luxury hospitality.Previous experience in beach, poolside or outdoor dining service is an advantage.Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu presentation and guest engagement.Understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros or a comparable platform.A warm, professional and approachable personality with strong attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor environment and maintain service standards during busy periods.Good teamwork, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple guest requests.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to the beachside guest experience of a distinctive luxury beachfront resort.An exciting journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.Competitive tax-free salary and service charge.Medical insurance, annual leave, flight benefits and end-of-service gratuity.Complimentary accommodation, transportation and employee meals.Training, development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative Food & Beverage team where genuine hospitality and thoughtful service are valued.Management LevelFood & Beverage Service – Beach | Line Staff
