Our focus is on improving design accuracy, collaboration, and project efficiency by helping multidisciplinary teams develop coordinated digital models and reliable technical documentation.The RoleWe are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to develop, coordinate, and maintain digital building models throughout the design and project delivery process. This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who understands BIM workflows, design documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination, with the ability to identify modeling conflicts and support effective project execution.Working remotely on a part-time basis, you will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP specialists, and project teams to maintain model quality, resolve coordination issues, and support consistent information management across project stages.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models in line with project requirements and established modeling standards.Produce and coordinate architectural, structural, or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) model elements as required.Review technical drawings, design specifications, and model information for consistency and accuracy.Conduct model coordination and clash detection to identify conflicts between disciplines.Work with design and engineering teams to resolve modeling discrepancies and improve coordination.Generate drawings, schedules, quantity information, and other project deliverables from BIM models.Maintain model naming conventions, revision records, shared coordinates, and project documentation.Support BIM execution plans, information exchange procedures, and digital collaboration workflows.Assist with model quality checks and ensure deliverables align with relevant project standards.Identify opportunities to improve modeling efficiency, data consistency, and coordination processes.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in BIM, building design, engineering, or construction projects preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.Practical knowledge of BIM principles, model coordination, clash detection, and digital design workflows.Experience with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks or comparable BIM coordination tools.Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and construction documentation.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.Familiarity with BIM standards, information management practices, and multidisciplinary project coordination.Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and collaborate with distributed project teams.Knowledge of ISO 19650, UAE construction standards, or relevant BIM execution requirements is an advantage.What We OfferFlexible, part-time remote working arrangements.Opportunities to contribute to digital engineering and modern construction workflows.Exposure to multidisciplinary design coordination and BIM implementation projects.A collaborative environment that values technical quality, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Opportunities to strengthen BIM expertise while supporting accurate, coordinated, and efficient project delivery.
