BIM SECTION HEAD – CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURELocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 15,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience)Employment: Full-time | On-siteNGR Search Partners is recruiting an experienced BIM Section Head for a well-established construction and infrastructure company in Dubai, UAE.We are looking for a technically strong professional with proven experience in BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, and the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the BIM department, ensuring effective coordination across engineering and construction teams.Oversee BIM modelling, implementation, and project delivery.Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and quality procedures.Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve design clashes.Manage BIM teams and ensure compliance with project requirements.Work closely with project managers, design engineers, consultants, and site teams.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM documentation and models.Candidate Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.Proven experience in BIM management or BIM leadership positions.Strong background in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.Experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.Knowledge of BIM standards and procedures, including ISO 19650.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong command of English. Arabic is not mandatory.Previous experience in the UAE construction market is highly desirable.
