Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all daily branch operations.Lead, supervise, and evaluate the branch team.Develop action plans to achieve monthly sales targets.Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.Maintain product quality and operational standards.Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product wastage.Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.Handle customer complaints and operational issues.Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.Previous experience in branch management and team leadership.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve performance.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
