We partner with healthcare organizations, medical societies, hospitals, universities, NGOs, and pharmaceutical companies across Southeast Asia to deliver impactful medical education and healthcare professional engagement programs.As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Executive to join our Cambodia team and support the successful delivery of our healthcare education projects.About the RoleAs an Operations Executive, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensure smooth communication with clients and healthcare partners, and support the successful execution of medical education and HCP engagement programs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing projects, communicating with different stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day healthcare project operations in Cambodia, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Engage with local and international stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations, according to project needs.Coordinate client-driven projects in Cambodia by negotiating with healthcare organizations, KOLs and aligning timelines to meet client expectations.Facilitate training programs and capacity-building initiatives for HCPs, leveraging Z-waka's platform.Manage communication with healthcare professionals and organizations involved in the projects.Support project documentation, reporting, and data collection using Z-waka's digital tools.Act as a liaison between the team and local partners, providing insight into Cambodia's healthcare system and priorities.

Qualifications
