Business Data Analyst - E-commerce Platform

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. This role will partner closely with regional stakeholders across APAC, supporting business decisions through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and performance tracking.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. This position is best suited for candidates who enjoy business reporting, insights generation, and visualization rather than advanced programming or data science work.Data Analysis & InsightsCollect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Analyze business, sales, marketing, and eCommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.Translate data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure reporting consistency across markets.Reporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.Prepare recurring business performance reports for management and stakeholders.Present findings in a concise and meaningful manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Continuously improve reporting processes and reporting efficiency.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and analytical needs.Work with regional teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of data and insights.Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and insights teams on business performance reporting and analysis.Support annual and ad-hoc business reviews through data-driven recommendations.Requirements/Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Insights Analyst role.Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience presenting insights to business stakeholders and senior management.EA License No.: 01C4394 (PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd)EA Registration No. R1873450 (Jyoti Kumari)By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore ("PERSOL") and its local and overseas subsidiaries and affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data to prospective employers/companies based in any country for purposes of evaluating suitability for employment, conducting reference checks, administering employment related services, complying with Government’s health advisories and such other purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.We may use artificial intelligence("AI") and machine learning technologies to support our recruitment and placement services, including screening resumes, and experience, and identifying skills and job matches.
