Location: KochiExperience: 3+ YearsImmediate Joiners PreferredKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop CXO-level Power BI dashboards for retail business performance.Build advanced DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations.Develop efficient data models using star-schema principles, relationships, and Row-Level Security (RLS).Write and optimize SQL queries using Amazon Redshift.Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways, and scheduled refreshes.Ensure effective dashboard UX and self-service analytics.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.Mentor BI interns and junior data analysts.Apply retail domain knowledge across sales, inventory, footfall, margins, and category performance.Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.Strong SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift.Knowledge of Power BI Service administration.Strong dashboard design, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills.Retail or e-commerce analytics experience is an added advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.Power BI certification (PL-300) is an added advantage.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume to: aiswaryar@luluindia.com
